see there is various work positions is available for both computer science and Information technology. however computer science syllabus consists of software engineering and hardware software, digital electronics etc. where IT is fully based on software programming. also the research works , cutting edge technology recruitment is more in cse domain. so it would be superior to chose cse over IT.
