Among this two courses, the job oriented course is BSc Food Technology but if you want to go for a more research oriented then BSc Botany will be better choice. But in general if you are going for BSc Food Technology then in order to get a good job and professional growth then I would recommend you to go for a MSc course.

So both the courses are equally probabilistic but if you want to go for a more job oriented course then BSc Food Technology and if you want to go for a more research oriented career then go for Bsc Botany.
