Both the courses are very good and better course will depend upon your interest. Although pharmacy is a bit more in demand than food technology.
Food technology will lend you a job in the food industries, ranging from alcohol and beverage industries and many other stuffs.
Pharmacy is the subject that deals with the discovery, identification, collection, characterization, formulation, production, marketing and implementation of drugs. If you are interested and n chemistry, then you can opt for it.

Both the courses are good but pharmacy is better. With a degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy, a student can register with the State Pharmacy Council and open their own Chemist shop to stock and sell medicines.
The course offers job opportunities in both the public and private sector that allows students to make a valuable career in this field. Students can even opt for teaching job in this field, if they are willing to become a lecturer. There are different practice environments in this field, some of which are:
