Greetings, aspirant!
All of the fields that you've mentioned are good in their own way. It depends on your aptitude and preferences. These factors determine which course will be better for you.
Most of these courses can help you build a career as a research analyst, food safety analyst, research scientist, biomedical Scientist etc. Many of the subjects of such courses are related in various ways.
The pay for graduates of these courses generally lie between 2-5LPA but these numbers are liable to change depending on one's experience, posting, organization, knowledge base etc.
Most people opt for a post graduate course such as an MSc after graduating as this helps their future career prospects. You can even go for a PhD if you wish to focus on the research aspects of the field. Some people opt to become professors as well.
Hope this information helps.
Best of luck!!
I think Biotechnology because today India is the factory for vaccines. So Biotechnology has better prospects. But all of these courses belong to the same category, it would be difficult to differentiate like that.
