Obtaining a BPT degree will qualify you as a physician, enabling you to work directly with patients who are experiencing pain, deformities, or musculoskeletal issues. Additionally, you can work independently and make money, unlike in microbiology where it is difficult to do autonomous research or tests due to high costs.

Microbiology and physiotherapy both courses have their own importance.
Microbiology comes under paramedical course while physiotherapy is a medical course.
If you dedicate and give time , have focused then you will be able to earn in both the courses in future.
Microbiology deals with study of micro organism. We Learn how micro organism enter our body, how they spread diseases, kinds of diseases, their mode , how care should be taken . It also teaches us how to treat illness with help of micro organisms because there are microorganisms which are helpful and beneficial to our body.
You can pursue bsc in Microbiology or D.M.L.T ( Diploma in medical laboratory) and then go for M.D in Microbiology.
Eligibility- for bsc in Microbiology you must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.
For D.M.L.T course you need bachelor in Microbiology degree and will have to appear for entrance exam conducted by university.

You can work as technician
You can open your own laboratory which is money making career and now a days there is great scope for blood tests.
On other hand physiotherapists are also in great demand.
For bpt course you must appear for Neet.
Depending on your neet score you will get Seat in medical colleges . After bpt you can go for mpt course for your career growth.
