Which one i choose 1) vjti electrical 2) coep civil 3) walchand cs?

In my opinion you should give priority accordingly:
VJTI electrical
COEP civil
Walchand CS
I gave this according to college environment, placement, fees and basic factors. But, if you if have interest in a subject go for that regardless which college you are in because if you really have interest in that subject you will do great from whichever college you are.
