In my opinion you should go for B.Tech in Cyber Security.

Cybersecurity can be more demanding than data science because jobs in the future will be more for cybersecurity skilled persons as people knowing this skills are very few.

Both are good career options. It totally depends on you which one you like to learn. Both are future skills and they are expected to be among the top skills that would be required in future jobs.

As more information are moving in digital, people & Companies equally need Data Science to manage it and Cyber Security to make sure it is safe.

If you are more inclined toward Python then you should  go for Data Science or if you are good at Networking and Encryption thing, you can choose Cyber Security.

Cyber security is about superior managing the knowledge around exploitable vulnerabilities in information systems than adversaries do. Data science will help produce that knowledge on both sides of the fence, unless the subject moves into the knowledge management domain itself.

But, at the same time, data science jobs are also arising. Go as per your interest.
