Which one is best for future scope ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING or ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION? PLS.. TELL ME.

Both of them have a vital role to play.
They both are like parasites that co exist together. It's totally upon you to decide. If you like current, physics , wires, etc , take Electrical engineering. If you like motors, Generators, diodes, transistor like stuff take electronics. That's what I would suggest you to do.
