Look,  there is no comparison between UPES and Graphic Era Hill  University. UPES is far better than Graphic Era. So,  if you want to do Petroleum Engineering then its strictly prohibited to be in Graphic Era, always go for UPES. Its everything is good like placement ratio,  infrastructure, faculties and so on.
