I would recommend you to pursue Btech as you will be learning technical knowledge (understanding about the modern technology) and u will have to choose around the technical field that you are interested in.

As you are a science student along with a computer's background it would be benefeicial if you joined BTech course.

But in the end it comes down to your interest that what do you want to pursue.
