Hey Naina! B. Com hons from Indraprastha University is good if you get main campus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), else Delhi University is better than IPU as colleges are all centrally owned. You can find good infrastructure of almost all DU colleges , rather better than IP being govt. College.
