B.E. stands for Bachelor of Engineering and B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. At present there is no difference between both the degrees and they are considered equivalent. If we talk about any difference then B.Tech deals with more practical learning while B.E. is more theoretical as compared to B.Tech.

According to me, I'll first check which are the colleges providing those and if they are the best go with get best college don't depend upon the course but if it's an average one go with BTECH. It is having so much scope now.
