There are pros and cons in both colleges. But seeing performance wise GL Bajaj provides more facilities and has much better faculty then IILMCET and rest of Greater Noida colleges as well.

IILMCET has 2 NBA affiliated program but has lesser faculties and exposure. But gets benefit of its management college which is quite popular.

Whereas GL has more Exposure and good faculty.

Both the colleges have good rankings and quality of education as both have some branches accredited by NBA through AICTE and maintains good ranking in Uttar Pradesh. Both the colleges are affiliated from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam technical university. The placement scenario is quite similar for both but still GL Bajaj have some upper hand for other branches.

If you need some more exact data, try asking with branch included for more clarification regarding placement and education facilities.
