Greetings!
I would say B.Pharm.
Biotechnology is undoubtedly a fast growing field, but you can always pursue your M.Pharm/MSc/PhD in Biotechnology after your B.Pharm. Not only that, it will also increase your career choices and you would be eligible to get into several other fields of pharmaceutical/biomedical sciences like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, quality assurance, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, etc. In addition, you will also get a pharmacy license and you can open your own pharmacy if you don't wish to study any further. Don't do B.Pharm if you do not like chemistry.
With biotechnology, you would be more or less stuck to biotechnology.
Then again, both fields are very good and at the end of the day, your career options depend mostly upon you and less on your degree.
All the best!
