Which one is better Btech/BE IT or /Btech/BE ECE?

B.tech IT branch is better than ECE. IT sector is now a days is a developing sector. A huge amount of IT enginners is need in future. Mnc's & core companies recruit IT enginners every year for their betterment. I think you can choose B.tech in IT field. Best of luck.
