The placement stats of the college is very good for CSE/IT and ECE. However, placements for civil engineering are not that good as other branches. MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology is among the best private colleges in India. It has secured a rank under 40 in the latest NIRF ranking.

The placements for Industrial Engineering record for iem department is good compared to other vtu colleges.  highest package in iem was 6.75 LPA and average salary was 4.5 LPA Around 85% of the students were placed on campus  .

Both the branches are  good . So ,choose wisely .
