Hello aspirant,
I would suggest you to go for CSE in BCE bhagalpur as it provides internship opportunities for students, yet placement records are not good, but Fee of it is feasible and faculty shows helpful nature. Or go for It in MIT muzaffapur, it's infrastructure is good, faculty is experienced (by UPSC or IIT), students normally get cleared Gate exs here, though it doesn't provide internship opportunities and placement here are not so much good.
