Both the colleges fall in the same league for MBA HR courses and the companies visiting them are more or less the same. The average package for FIIB Delhi is around INR 5.5 lakhs per annum and fees is INR 7.5 lakhs per annum. The average package for FIIB Delhi is around INR 5 lakhs per annum and fees is INR 5.5 lakhs per annum. Both are equally good colleges, but FIIB Delhi can be considered slightly better given better placements and a slightly better ranking. However if you are looking for ROI, then GL Bajaj is a better option.

FIIB will be a better option if you are considering an MBA. Specially for an HR course both the colleges perform equally though for FIIB you may have to pay 1-2 lakhs more. Moreover if you are having these two options only then both of them have industrial vicinity and you can easily grab job opportunities from your college. But since FIIB is a fully dedicated management institute, I would suggest you to go for the same. It would cost you around 7.5-8 lakhs.
