Hey ,
According to me Shahu College , Latur is better option in my opinion as it provides school type discipline , moreover it has better results . But it's not the institute which matters (though it matters 40%) but it's you who has to study . Institute can show you the path which leads to sucess but it's you who has to walk on it .
