Hi, As per my search for PGDM program IILM is not a AIU approved institute which is very much important these days to call your PGDM diploma is equal to MBA degree..
JIMS Rohini is definetly AICTE and AIU approved institution..
So i would suggest you to go for JIMS Rohini..
