Hello student IHM Mumbai is ranked 2 and IHM bangalore ranked 7,so you can consider that IHM Mumbai is better than IHM banglore.
In terms of faculties facilities Infrastructure all the IHMs are good you can also take admission in IHM banglore if you're rank is not enough to get admission in IHM Mumbai as admission is on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination..
