Medical Biotechnology - application of exciting advances in molecular and cell biology to medicine only. ... In short, with biotechnology your focus will be wide ( medicine , agriculture, food, and environment) whereas in medical biotechnology , your focus will only be on the therapeutics.

A large part of what is better depends on your interest.However from the scope point of view medical biotechnology is better as compared to bioprocessing.With the current situation the scope is now increasing exponentially and is more than ever.
