Which one is better nit warangal civil engineering or nit raipur ECE in terms of placements??

Definitely NIT Warangal Civil. See, firstly Civil Engineering is a core branch also, NIT Warangal is far better than NIT Raipur. And Whatever you may study in NIT Raipur be it CSE, ECE, EE, Mechanical, all are equivalent. Unless you do not have a special inclination towards ECE, go ahead with NIT Warangal Civil Engineering.
