Talking about which platform will be better for you to learn DSA nad Programming but it is you who has to learn . No course guarantees full assurance of understanding each topic in the programming.

There are a lot of courses that you can follow to become a proficient coder. Several sites such as coursera, YouTube, Udemy and geeks for geeks.

Once you learn the concepts after that you practise various questions related to the topics you have learnt.

For udemy j would prefer you to go for Abdul bari courses for DSA. it is kne of the best courses on DSA ever made.

If you would were to take my opinion then I would prefer hacckerank and hackerearth . You can also participate in the leet code because that ranking of leet code is given a bit of importance and you would get an edge in the interview rounds.

Other than this you can participate in the Google summer code and the inter college coding competitions.

If you are a beginner and want to ace in coding, there are variety of platform available for you like Greeksfor Greeks , leetcode , hackathon, Codeforces, codechef, etc.

If you are looking for a paid course for data structures and algorithms, opt for coding ninjas. If you have some knowledge about data structures and algorithms and want to practice more for the same , opt for leetcode. You can access some theory for DSA, at Greeks for Greeks, but don't be completely dependent on them.
