Note- It totally depends on the aspiration and interest of the candidate which field he/she wishes to choose.

In Bsc IT you're provided with an undergraduate degree. It's a three years course and is pursued after 10+2.

Diploma in IT is also a 2 years course and is pursed after 10. It brings you to the technical sector of this stream.

If you want to pursue BTech after any of these qualification then you'll directly be admitted into second year by lateral entry procedure.
