Which one is good chemical engineering at hbtu or chemical engineering at nit hamirpur?... pls provide every detail

Hello dear,
I think that chemical in nit hamirpur is better than hbtu in terms of education, placement, hostel, acedemic facility.we all know that nit is one of the top colleges of India and it's faculties are highly experienced.placement record is also good.so that you can go for it.
