Hii dear,,

Both are good options to pursue engineering courses and now it depends on you  what you want to choose.
you are advised to consider your interesting branch and as per your convenience as both of the options are more or less are the same but yes, NIRMA university is a private college and MSU is a Govt one so its up to you which one to go.
