Best book for Inorganic chemistry for theory is NCERT. It wil help you to clear your base and to build your concepts strong and you will also get lot of questions for your practice. You can also get direct questions from NCERT.

I would suggest you to consider NCERT first properly and once you are done with this  you can refer these books -

JD Lee, INORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY CENGAGE FOR JEE ADVANCED,OP TANDON, SHRIVER&ATKINS, Huheey and keiter.

Also, there are many books available in market so better to use standard books only which can make all your basics strong and which are easy to understand.
