There  is no such thing as best college for UPSC, yes there are colleges which also provide coaching for UPSC, but coaching just helps in your preparation, that's it, the faculty is there to guide you with whatever query you have, other than this upsc is wholly about your preparation, and strategy, the eligibility criteria for UPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there is no specific aggregate required in this case, candidates in the final year too are eligible to apply provisionally,
