Correct Answer: Fructose

Solution : The correct option is Fructose.

Fructose is a naturally occurring sugar present in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and honey. Because it is a naturally occurring sugar, it is not considered an artificial sweetener, whereas artificial sweeteners are manufactured or chemically produced chemicals used to sweeten food, and beverages without adding calories from sugar. Fructose, along with glucose, and sucrose, is a naturally occurring sugar. When ingested, it is metabolised in the body similarly to other sugars, and supplies calories.
