To appear for JEE Advanced you must first qualify in JEE Mains. After completion of JEE Mains you can write JEE Advanced exam. JEE Advanced consists of two papers, Paper - 1 and Paper - 2 which are compulsory. You need to attempt both the papers. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 contains Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics subjects.
In order to get seat in Indian Institute of Technology, Madras you must appear both the papers and must score well which falls within the cutoff of the College.
