which path is the way to do mtech ??? bsc+msc or bsc+mba or bsc+mca
Ideally, You should pursue a M.Tech after a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) degree. However after a B.Sc/BCA in relevant subject you can achieve an Associate degree in Engineering from Institution of Engineers (India), IICHE or Indian Institute of Metals which is equivalent to a B.Tech degree followed by appearing for GATE im relevant discipline for pursuing M.Tech from IITs, NITs and other higher technical institutions.
However, in certain interdiscplinary branches and branches like Computer Science, Nuclear Science, Corrosion Engineering, Nanotechnology, Material Science, Cryogenic Engineering, Biotechnology, Mathematics and Computation you can apply for the M.Tech course after B.Sc.+M.Sc. in relevant subject.

Hi,
Your question appears to be bit unclear. If you want to do M.tech in any branch then you need to do B.Tech in in that particular specialization. There is no need to do B.sc, M.sc or MBA to pursue the Masters in Technology course.
