DU provides admission on the basis of 12th merit so you will have to consider your 2nd year marks for the same. Also, the cut off varies college and course wise which you can check to get a rough idea by going through the below link -

But I have consolidated mark list in which I have both 11th marks and 12th marks are on same mark list i am from andhra pradesh will i have any disadvantage
