Gazette officer is a Group-B or Group-A officer Central/State Government who has official rights to use use green ink pen.if you are staying near any ZPHS then you can take sign from its principal orBDO,Section Officer, it is compulsory that every document you submit for any reason any where should be properly verified and stamped by principal or gazetted officer.
