Hii,
Hormones such as auxin can induce parthenocarpy in various plants like tomatoes, cucumber, and muskmelon. It causes ovaries to mature without fertilization and produces bigger fruits. The process is being introduced to all kinds of crops from squash to cucumber and more. It is also a natural process as in the case of bananas. Bananas are sterile and develop no viable ovaries. They do not produce seeds, which mean they must propagate vegetatively.
Hope this helps
Hello!!
According to our syllabus it is auxine, but on a board scale it is GA that induces parthenocarpy in plants.Well since we have to consider ncert if you are asking for NEET,please go with AUXINE :-P other part of answer was just to tell you about broad scale production.
Thanks
