fees: 5,25,000approx.

2.Jss academy of technical education ,noida, up

fees:3,86,000approx.

3. krishna institute of engineering and technology,ghaziabad,up

fees: 4,18,000 approx.

4.Dit University ,dehradun,uttrakhand

fees: 4,50,000 to 5,00,000 ( only if you have uk kota) .

These universities are one of the best universities for engineering in northern india with fees under 5 lakhs.
