Caste category and state quota are other factors that also play a huge role in determining whether one will get admission in a particular college or not.

Last year in Kerala, cutoff for most Private Self Financing Medical Colleges was above 480 marks.(UR)

So, with 450 marks you might be able to get some private colleges in Karnatak and Kerala.
