As per your percentile you approximate rank would be near about 63,000 to 65,000 and on the basis of this rank you can get some lower NITs like NIT Silchar, NIT Agartala and likewise with any of the lower branch, with your reservation category of OBC. If you want to go with private colleges then VIT Vellore, SRM University, Amity University will be the best choice for you.
I would suggest you to either prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 96 percentile for getting into good NITs or go for JEE-Advance because on the basis of previous years' cut-offs you have enough percentile to qualify for JEE-Advance. By getting good marks in JEE-Advance you will get chance for admission in IITs which are above any of the NITs.
