With your NEET State rank, you have very less chances to get government seats of the private colleges of Tamil Nadu, since in 2018 the closing rank for your category was a NEET rank of 2422. However, you have good chances for the management quota seats of all the private colleges. All the best!

Congratulations on qualifying NEET 2019.

First of all getting a straight idea of cutoffs for different college is not possible as it depends on different factors still I assume OC refers to OBC. So if Reservation Is applicable in Private Colleges then yes your chances are high to get a better one. And you still could accept a good College as most people try for government medical college.
