Hey,
At first congratulations for your results. At first I want to inform you that in Jharkhand there's no private MBBS colleges to get admitted and considering you as General-UR candidate it can be estimated that with this marks it's quite impossible for you to get admitted also in any Government colleges in Jharkhand, so I would like to suggest you to leave the hope for MBBS in Jharkhand.
However apart from MBBS, you should apply for BDS colleges as your marks are too much suitable for the top Private BDS colleges in Jharkhand i.e. Dental institute, RIMS, Ranchi, Awadh Dental College and Hospital, Jamshedpur, Hazaribag college of Dental Science and Hospital, Hazaribag and Vananchal Dental college and Hospital, Garhwa.
