Hello aspirant!
Since you have passed your 10+2 from West Bengal, you are supposed to fill Proforama a2 as it needs to be duly signed by the head of institution from where you have passed your 10+2 from.
Proforma a1 is for the apirants whose parents are residing in Wb for more than 10 years.
