TAPMI follows Profile-based shortlisting. The Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid exam scores, Academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, backlogs during graduation etc.), work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any. TAPMI offers four PGDM programs:
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Banking and Financial Services
Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Human Resources Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Marketing and Sales Management
Each program has separate and independent shortisting procedure. For the candidates less than two years (24 months) of work experience, the required cutoff is 85 percentile through CAT & XAT, Class 10th, 12th & Graduation 60 percent.
MBA/PGDM Admissions OPEN
The selection process after shortlisting consists of Written Ability Test followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The Final selection is based Exams (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + WAT Score + GD Score + PI Score.
