Hello,
Diploma in animal husbandry colleges in Maharashtra require you to have scored minimum of 50%(45% for ST/SC/OBC) in class 12 boards with Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture/Biology as compulsory subjects.
It is a two/three years diploma course. The course focuses on imparting on-the-job training in animal care and breeding. Most of the Institutes conduct their own entrance exams and some take admissions on the basis of merits in class 12. The entrance exam shall include questions on Physics, Chemistry and General Knowledge up to class 11th and 12th.
