theres no particular rank to your asked question but primarily you have to clear your jee mains that is you have to qualify the cut off percentile for jee mains.
the required cut off for this year is:
Category : Cut-off
Common Rank List (CRL) : 87.8992241
Gen-EWS : 66.2214845
Other backward Classes (OBC-NCL) : 68.0234447
Scheduled Caste (SC) : 46.8825338
Scheduled Tribe (ST) : 34.6728999
PwD : 0.0096375
Accordingly if you score more than this then you can apply for jee advance.

Generally the top 250000 students from JEE main are allowed to participate in in the JEE advanced exam. Also this may change based upon some factors. Adding to it For JEE Advanced 2022, the candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1997 and must have completed intermediate in years 2021 or 2022.

To apply for JEE advance you need to be compulsorily passed JEE mains ( paper 1). Also it is necessary for the candidates to be among the top 2,50,000 ranks so that they can apply for JEE advance. The categories will be divided as :
- GEN-EWS - 10%
- OBC - NCL - 27%
- SC-15%
- ST-7.5%
- OPEN - 40.5%
- PwD - 5% horizontal reservation in all of the above.

See there is not any special rank needed to qualify for JEE-Advance but you should have the certain percentile in JEE-Main in order to get qualified for JEE-Advance. That percentile is released by NTA along with the JEE-Main result.
