which rank is considered for other home university seats (OHU seats)? state general rank or home university rank?

Hello student,
In the MHTCET previous year cutoffs page, there are various sections showing the different cut off ranges for various categories. Some of the colleges have a special OHU cutoff range whereas when other colleges dont have a specific cutoff for it, STATE GENERAL RANK cutoffs are considered and not HOME UNIVERSITY RANK
