Hello aspirant,
In Mpdte councilling allotment is done on the basis of the crl rank it is just that according to your reservation quota you get the required allotment preference. Also the merit list is given in which you are given the separate rank on the basis of marks and quota and some other factors also.

Sir jee main me mai ews dalna bhul gya tha to mujhe ews category rank ni mili hai.... Par counselling me kya mai ews dal sakta hu? I have certificate for ews
