Which rank is considered in upsee counselling? General or category rank? on which rank we will get college?

For the seat allocation process firstly your general rank is considered if you are unable to get the seat through your general rank then your category rank is used to determine whether you will be able to get a seat or not in the specified college. Depending on your rank and the choices filled you may get in either general or category. Hope this helps.
