Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the which rank would be considered whether it would be general rank or EWS rank.
I would like to inform you that first of all in josaa counselling you will be alloted through general rank and if you do not get seat through general rank then this is where your EWS rank comes into play and then you will be alloted through EWS rank.
