if you are looking for highest packages then bsc computer science woul be the best . you will het higher package/salary in coputer science as compared to other courses . since you have scored 95% and belongs to sc canditure so it would be best to choose cs . i will suggest Delhi University as it is one of the best collegs in india . try to get into HINDU college or ramjas college as they are best colleges under du . however tell your home state to get better college ideas
