Which should I choose between the following- IIT Roorkee Civil or IIT Kanpur Civil?

Hi there!
I would say IIT Roorkee civil department. When the school was opened in 1847, it had been solely for the aim of engineering , hence, the oldest engineering department in India. It has few of India’s best engineering faculties also as labs and instruments.
